Without a doubt the worst "cuban" food I've ever eaten. First we get there, there's no posted open and close time so my wife and I were going to sit and eat. The cashier told me "we close in 30 minutes so everything has to be to go". Ok, no problem.Place our order which included 2 Cuban sandwiches, sweet plantains, and a stuffed potato ball, and two cokes.The Cubans were microwaved.The potato ball was ice cold in the middle.The sweet plantains obviously had syrup added to them during cooking.Sad part is. The cokes were the best thing we had. Probably because this place didn't make them. I will never be back here and will not recommend this place to anyone.

NO KEYLIME PIE! If you have huge signs saying that you sell keylime pie, please sell keylime pie. Went here with the expectation of trying their pie. When i went in they didn't have anything remotely resembling keylime pie.

The food is pretty good but their hygiene is questionable. Their floors and windows are filthy. The ladies are usually unfriendly and get unhappy when you ask for a menu. I had ordered to go a while hack and when we got home there was a mean looking spider inside my styrafoam food container. We decided to give them another chance but the servers are rude and the tables are not cleaned properly. Not going back.

I got a steak sandwich, very good and a good size. All the other food looked real fresh.

Unprofessional, tables were dirty with dirty dishes laying on the tables. Service attendant had an attitude when asked a question about their dishes. Food was not fresh, reheated in microwave, do not recommend.

Hot pressed Cuban sandwich, was awesome. Made fresh and fast.

Anytime I see a lot of cars parked outside of a small little restaurant I know there must be good food inside.Wow! Delicious Cuban coffee with milk and one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. I will certainly be back to have something off the dinner menu...the smells coming out of here are unbelievable.Don't judge a place by how it looks on the outside cause you might miss out on some awesome food on the inside.

Outstanding food and service. I stop by there anytime I am in the area working. If you like arroz con leche they have that too. The chicharon "pork rinds"are super tasty, cuban sandwiches authentic, and the service is hospitable.

This is by far my favorite Cuban food in SWFL. The roast pork may very well be the best thing I've ever had! Pan con bistec is delicious, and so are the sides. If you are anywhere near, make sure to stop by!

Great Cuban food

We enjoyed this Cuban eatery. Portions are gigantic. I had the Cuban milanesa (schnitzel) with black bean rice and sweet plantains. My wife had the fresh fried fish sandwich, also gigantic.

If you enjoy authentic Cuban food this little whole in the wall place delivers. Their Cuban sandwiches are better than the one I had in Havanna last year. White rice has a special taste, chunk pork is perfect, plantains are seriously delicious. Enjoy!!!!Oh, the price is VERY reasonable.

Price are Ridiculous

Customer service sucks. The food is not fresh –reheated in the microwave. My wife asked for food price and they got upset. Don't fall for this trap.

Great selections and very flavorful. All meals are freshly made on the premises and the portions are unbelievable large. Better be hungry!

Good food but the costumer service not so great

You'll Drive right by this gem at the intersection of Joel and 80 if you don't make yourself stop. I've done so many times.Today's visit made me regret those times.Service was swift and friendly. The food was delicious and very authentic. The establishment splits the difference between cafeteria and restaurant with hot case food and dishes made to order.I enjoyed a savory spread of red beans and rice, beefsteak stir fry of a variety I'm not sure about, and the best yucca I've found outside of Julio's in Clewiston (that's a big compliment if you're uninitiated).Outside of the hot case, they've a variety of sandwiches, coffees, milkshakes, and fresh fruit juices.I took some of their flan home to the family and it was agreed that it was probably the best we'd eaten.The interior isn't fancy, but that's not why you'd stop here, is it?

Rude as hell every time I go in ignoring me and finally one woman who is the only nice one waiting on me rude and prejudiced employees I love the Cuban coffee and pork but refuse to go back after 4 times of complete rudeness

Love this place been here a few times but this visit was one i would like to forget, the woman serving me was really rude god knows why, the first time i have encountered her and hope its the last, if not my business can go else where if that attitude is just gonna b there all the time

Been going here for years... quality has gone down and their Cuban sandwiches are more like HAM sandwiches since how there’s two pieces of pork and the rest ham... they don’t press the sandwiches fully, they put the temperature all the way up and press a little so it gets little black marks... if they even do that. The Cuban restaurant on Lee Blvd by Papa Johns is way better. And when asking for anything over the phone they hang up. 0 customer service skills.
